Effective Strategy Against Temper, Anger, and Wrath
by Theodore H. Kittell
Conflict is normal and inevitable, but maturity is not assured even by a long life. How a person responds to the circumstances or environment in an appropriate manner is an indication of maturity. Disputes or expressions of temper, rage or wrath are counter-productive and cause problems with the achievement of life-goals, and may even cancel many of the hopes and dreams for the future. An eruption of anger is evidence that the person has not fully developed the ability to handle hurt in a mature manner. It doesn't mean the person is bad; they need assistance to deal with past hurts. This is where problem-solving skills enter the process to produce a calm and satisfying life.

Faith-based Leadership and Management
by Theodore H. Kittell
Business operates in a complex world of change; how does a business create stability in unstable times? The best way to remain stable is to stay true to basic beliefs and values. This requires a moral and ethical commitment by everyone involved; each employee has a part to play, from the custodian to the CEO. Saying the right words is the easy part; doing the work to make the words happen is the struggle. This is where faith-based values influence the decisions.

Philosophy and Philosophers
by Theodore H. Kittell
This book is about understanding philosophers and their philosophic ideas. It is designed to help the reader understand what philosophy is all about. The text covers philosophers from the 7th Century B.C. to the 20th Century A.D. There is no one definition of philosophy; it is perhaps not so much a subject as it is an activity in which one would engage. Some authors define philosophy as conceptual analysis. One simple approach is to define it as thinking about thinking. Philosophers have developed their own jargon and what they say and write is not understood and may seem complex. It is designed to assist the reader in understanding the subject of philosophy and philosophers.
